    Maybe you’ve realized that you’ve spent so much time focusing on achieving and taking care of everyone else that you’ve lost touch with who you really are. In therapy, I’m here to help you give yourself permission to be imperfect—to let go of the pressure to always have it together—and start practicing the same compassion for yourself that you so naturally offer to others.

  • Relationships

    If you’re always taking care of others but struggle to make space for your own needs, you’re not alone. In therapy, we’ll explore the patterns that keep you feeling over-responsible and disconnected, and work on building relationships where you can show up as your authentic self, with honest communication and mutual care.

  • Burnout

    Difficulty slowing down, always on the move, no time to sit with yourself or your emotions or even think clearly for a second about what you want—a recipe for burnout. In therapy, we work together so that you can recalibrate and get back in alignment with your mind and body.

Therapy Services

  • 50-minute individual session: $250

    Limited number of sliding scale rates available. Please inquire during our initial consult if you may be eligible.

  • I am an out-of-network provider, which means you may be able to use your insurance’s out-of-network benefits to cover the cost of our sessions.

    I’ll provide you with detailed receipts, called "superbills," which you can submit to your insurance for reimbursement.

    Before reaching out, I recommend checking with your insurance plan to see if you have out-of-network mental health (behavioral health) coverage and what the specifics are.

  • As a therapist committed to providing the best care, I’ve made the decision not to accept insurance. This choice is made with your privacy and autonomy in mind.

    When insurance is involved, a third party can have access to your personal information and influence key aspects of your treatment, like requiring a diagnosis or limiting the number of sessions. This can feel intrusive and restrict the flexibility of your therapy.

    Paying out-of-pocket allows us to focus entirely on your unique needs and personal growth, without outside interference. I understand this may not be the best fit for everyone, and I’m here to provide any information you need to help you make the choice that feels right for you.
